Regional Natural Resource Management (NRM) Planning in WA.
There are six Natural Resource Management (NRM) regions in Western Australia. Regional bodies have been established by the communities of each region to develop and implement regional plans and to deliver the regional component of the NAP and the NHT.
The NRM regions and their associated regional bodies are:
- Avon Region - Avon Catchment Council
- Northern Agricultural Region - Northern Agricultural Catchments Council
- Rangelands Region - Rangelands NRM Coordinating Group
- South Coast Region - South Coast Regional Initiative Planning Team
- South West Region - South West Catchments Council
- Swan Region - Swan Catchment Council
